HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

 At this time we charge a flat rate for all shipping. Because the shipments contain alcohol, they must be shipped via our partner Fedex. All shipments default to Fedex Ground, which usually arrives within 5 business days once shipped. If you need faster delivery, please contact customer service and we will do our best to accommodate you.


WHEN DO YOU SHIP?

Our primary shipping schedule is timed to arrive shortly before the upcoming solstice or equinox. For orders after the solstice or equinox, we ship every week as orders are received. Please make sure an adult age 21 or older is present to sign for the delivery


HOW DO I CANCEL?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel by contacting us. Once the order has shipped, all sales are final.


DO I GET AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED PER SHIPMENT?

You get charged at check out for that season’s one particular box. Each quarterly offering is a limited edition and limited in quantity due to the small batch production of wine and uniqueness of crystals. The box is a first come first serve. When we release the following equinox or solstice box, there will be an option to pre-order to secure your box.
